2. The information we collect

Information you give us

• Your email address when you join our mailing list.
• Your name, email, phone number and message when you contact us or make an enquiry.
• Details you provide when you become a member or book, including any preferences you share.

Payment and booking information

Membership payments are processed by Stripe and court bookings by Playtomic. Your full card details are handled directly by these providers and are not stored by us. We receive limited confirmation data such as your name, email and the plan or booking you chose.

Information we collect automatically

When you use our website we may collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and how you interact with the site, through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookies Policy for details.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal data for the following purposes, relying on the legal bases shown:

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the information you ask for (legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract).
• To send you opening news, offers and event updates where you have asked to hear from us (consent).
• To provide and manage memberships, bookings and payments (performance of a contract).
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse, including through Cloudflare Turnstile (legitimate interests).
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).

4. Marketing

If you have joined our mailing list, we will send you updates about Padelsphere. You can ask us to stop at any time by contacting hello@padelsphere.io or using the link in any marketing email. We will always respect your choice.

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed. These include:

• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Playtomic, for court booking.
• Our email marketing provider, for sending updates you have opted in to.
• Cloudflare, for website hosting and security.
• Google, where maps are embedded on our site.

We may also disclose your information where required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers may process your data outside the UK. Where they do, we take steps to ensure your data is protected to a standard equivalent to UK law, for example through adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out above, or as required to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
