5. Accuracy and pre-launch information

Padelsphere is pre-launch. Some information, including prices, opening dates, facilities and images, is indicative and may change before we open. Visuals marked as concepts are for illustration and may differ from the finished venue. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or up to date at all times.

6. External links

Our site may link to third-party websites and services, such as Instagram, Playtomic, Stripe and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies will apply.

7. Membership, bookings and payments

Memberships, court bookings and other purchases are subject to their own separate terms, which you will be shown at the point of joining or booking. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and court bookings by Playtomic. Founding Member terms and membership terms are provided separately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on any information on it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
